Mundae Cleaning Services has nearly 27 years of experience. We have learned that the most important thing in business is customer service. That is why we have customer service specialists standing by to take your phone calls as opposed to an answering service, machine or computer operated voice. We are licensed, bonded and insured. In addition to the most “high touch” service in the industry, our technicians are trained to perform services by I.I.C.R.C. standards. The I.I.C.R.C. is akin to college for carpet cleaning. We can identify the best cleaning methods and solutions for your textiles based on our knowledge and expertise. This enables us to properly clean the many different types of carpet and fabric in your home. For example: nylon is cleaned differently than wool. A silk oriental rug has different needs than a cotton rug. A natural fiber piece of upholstery will need different treatment than a synthetic blend.

Method Of Cleaning
There are several methods of cleaning carpets available and each has it's advantages and disadvantages. We chose to provide the "Truck-Mounted" steam cleaning method, (also known as hot-water extraction). The reason we chose this particular method is because it is the only method that cleans deep down into the carpet fibers, "flushing" out unhealthy contaminants. The hot water extraction method is recommended by the world's largest carpet manufacturers, in fact, some Stain and Wear warranties require your carpets be professionally steam cleaned on a regular basis.
